¼ Mile Drag Race– Day 4 of 2015 Diesel Power Challenge!



On day 4 of the 2015 Diesel Power Challenge, the 10 reader-selected trucks continue at Bandimere Raceway with the ¼ mile drag race in Quick 8 format. After an hour of qualifying sessions the top 8 trucks are ranked then head into eliminations to see which truck stands as the fastest!

Diesel Power Challenge 2015 is a weeklong torture test that features 7 events, 10 trucks, 8,000hp, and nearly 15,000 lb-ft of torque. We push Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax-powered trucks well beyond their limits in search of the ultimate diesel.

Championship Memories: Jarrett Becomes Ford's First NASCAR Champ



Ned Jarrett won the 1965 championship after posting 13 victories and 42 top-five finishes in 54 starts.

Even though it’s been 50 years since Ned Jarrett captured Ford’s first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series championship, he remains the manufacturer’s all-time win leader with 43.

Jarrett was recognized for his contributions to motorsports with the Spirit of Ford Award in 2003, which is the highest honor in Ford Performance.

Owners Clubs: A Passion for the Pony - Mustang Countdown



Getting behind the wheel of a Ford Mustang is like having a vacation every day. The joy of driving a Mustang has inspired tens of thousands of owners to gather themselves into clubs that span every continent on the globe but Antarctica.

Clubs get together on a regular basis for road rallies, shows and swap meets where owners can find parts for their classic pony cars. In August 2013, more than 1,000 Mustangs participated in the annual Mustang Memories show organized by the Mustang Owners Club of Southeast Michigan at Ford World Headquarters in Dearborn.
